Located in Hurghada, SUNRISE Tucana Resort -Grand Select- offers premium all-inclusive concept . The property is situated 27 km from New Marina and 28 km from Giftun Island. Excellent food. Well presented and always a joy to come along to the various a la carte restaurants and the main restaurant. Waiting staff were always polite and friendly and added a personal touch to meal times. The pools were kept clean and the water temperature was good. Loved the attention given to us around the pool by bar staff. Toilets by the pool were kept so clean, a credit to the cleaner. Bed was very comfortable which meant a good night's sleep. Room cleaner, Mohammed was polite and friendly and did an excellent job. Thank you for the upgrade to junior garden suite. Evening entertainment was good and kept us amused. Loved the dancing groups, belly dancer and whirling dervish. Singers were also good. The morning musicians, violinist, guitarist and saxophonist was a lovely touch to greet us in the morning! The beach was well maintained and the loungers were comfortable.

Everything, from the lovely and attentive staff to the amazing breakfast, the great choice of restaurants and its amazing food, the comfortable rooms, the great beach, the live music in the evenings, has exceeded our expectations. The hotel grounds are impeccable, from the garden to the pool, to the beach. All hotel areas are well sought after and cared for.

JAZ Soma Beach offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a bar. With free Wi Fi only in public area, this 4-star hotel has a garden and a terrace. Great stay! I recommend for anyone who wants to relax and disconnect. Khaled was top! Thanks guys!

We had all-inclusive package. I liked variety of food, beverages, free mini bar and free laundry 😀 Staff works a lot, they are kind and professional. I found this resort via booking.com. It was the high score 9.6 and beautiful photos of architecture and interior that convinced me. At the spot it was even more breathtaking!

The cleanliness of the entire hotel was spotless – rooms were cleaned daily, towels fresh, and even the smallest details were perfectly maintained. The restaurant staff were exceptional – always attentive, polite, and professional. The food was delicious and varied, with something new to try each day, and everything was freshly prepared and well presented. Whether it was the reception, bar, pool area, or cleaning team, every single staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay perfect. We’ve stayed in many hotels before, but the service and hospitality here were on another level. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable vacation.

Featuring an aqua park with a complete amusement center, Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort is located in Hurghada. WiFi access is available in the lobby of this resort. They provide different types of breakfast options, and also demand to special request if any. Overall excellent service. They made us feel like family. When we checked out and started our journey back, they even packed breakfast for us.
