Nestled on the banks of the Nile, Hilton Luxor Resort & Spa offers stylish rooms with uninterrupted views from the water’s edge, luxurious spa facilities and stunning infinity pools. The place was magnificent! The pool area facing the Nile was great, food was good and staff were very helpful and friendly! Especially Mahmoud who was particularly amazing! He spoke to us in French and help us with all of our requests. He made our stay better! He made us welcomed and at home. Thumbs up as well to the concierge (forgot his name). He was very kind and helpful🥰 We really loved the place!

Everyone here is so genuine and kind, always make you feel at home. The food was a highlight for me! Fresh, flavorful, and full of love, made with eco‑grown produce that supports local farmers. Knowing that they care about the community and sustainability made every meal even more meaningful. I especially enjoyed the Egyptian‑style breakfasts The location is perfect too — peaceful on the Nile, yet just 10–15 minutes from Luxor’s temples and the Valley of the Kings. It gave me the best of both worlds: serenity and easy access to the ancient sites What makes Eden really unique is the atmosphere. The cats and dogs bring such a playful, comforting energy — the cats are endlessly entertaining and sweet, while the dogs keep watch, making the whole place feel safe and cozy. Honestly, it’s the mix of warmth, authenticity, and heart that makes this place unforgettable. It’s not just somewhere to stay — it’s an experience filled with care and love. For me, it truly felt like a home away from home.

Walid and his family were so kind and helpful! He's an architect of the Arabic design style, and those elements are everywhere. What a beautiful space! Also, do not miss the opportunity to have dinner and breakfast added to your stay. The family does an amazing dinner cooked with wood fire underground. They allowed me to video the process, which starts hours before dinner. Truly one of the best meals of our trip in Egypt.

Located on the banks of the River Nile, Steigenberger Resort Achti is an 8-acre luxury resort set in lush tropical gardens. Hospitality and staff. Very kind - particularly Yasmin and Magda. They arranged special decoration for my wife’s birthday for gratis. Location is also convenient

MEDITATION MEDITATION MEDITATION A chance to slow down and reconnect with nature in this stunning eco-hotel, located on a privileged site with panoramic views of the Theban Hills. Exceptional place and staff with amazing architecture and wonderful views. Mahmoud and his family were extremely accommodating. We were greeted with a freshly cooked meal, beer and whiskey. Mahmoud went above and beyond for us every day to ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible. He organised our tours, hot air balloon ride and drove us to town numerous times without even charging us, he also made sure anything we needed was sorted for us. He even drove us around at night in his own car to see some lovely sights. I can't say enough good things about the place and I highly recommend it to anybody thinking about staying.
