From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and professional. The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful, and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel is very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and well maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The breakfast was rich, fresh, and offered a great variety to suit different tastes. What truly stands out is the hotel’s location — directly connected to Green Plaza Mall, which makes shopping, dining, and entertainment very convenient without needing transportation. Overall, Hilton Green Plaza offers excellent service, comfort, and value. I highly recommend it for families, business travelers, and anyone visiting Alexandria. We really liked the place and the location was perfect . Atractions , restaurants , transportation ,Ramdhan events and street tradition food. Ms Farida was super helpful and friendly.we stayed there on the first two nights and we decided to book it again on the last night of our trip after coming back from Cairo. Thank you Farida🙏
