The room was extremely comfortable with a direct view of the Nile. Quality was exceptional and confirmed in the small details like toiletries and mattress (quality). Staff was lovely and professional. There are two ATMs at the hotel - inside the garden next to the restaurant and right at the main door next to security, which is very convenient and safe to withdraw at any time. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations.

The Zen Wellness Resort was an incredible experience and relaxation journey. I felt at home, safe and comfortable in the environment around me and thought that both the interior, views and products, such as the massages and the pools were exceptional. There are far too many people to thank, so this is a huge shout-out to everyone that made my stay so wonderful.

In the heart of the nubian village, nothing bad to say about the room. Loved the staff the young lady that works in the front desk (I forgot to ask for her name) but she was amazing really good English and she is there to help if you need tours, car ride etc.

Amazing and unbeatable views of the Nile and cataract and sand dunes from every room and the pool and breakfast area, nice nubian style decoration with a lot of attention to detail, proximity to the Nubian villages, a beautiful infinity pool, a great place to spend 2 or 3 nights while in Aswan and be a bit away from the city

We stayed here for one night - super location overlooking Lake Nasser - 5 minutes drive from Abu Simbel. The hotel is very impressive set in its own private grounds and with a great pool area. The room was very spacious and tastefully furnished. Cool balcony with a view of the Lake. On checking in, we were upgraded to have breakfast included - this was great as it cost around $30 each. The breakfast buffet had a great variety to suit all tastes. Would definitely stay again if we could afford to!

Discover unparalleled luxury where the Nile's tranquility meets rich hospitality. أود أن اشكر أسرة الفندق وكل من قابلت من العاملين على حسن تعاملهم وكرم اخلاقهم وبالاخص الاخ محمود من خدمة تنظيف الغرف وطاقم المطعم اشرف والاخت ميرفت الودودة والشيف الذي صنع لي الفطير المصري بمجرد سؤالي عنه فقط في بوفيه الإفطار كما أود أن اشكر اريج من خدمات مكتب السياحه في الفندق على سماحتها وتعاملها الراقي والعاملين في مطعم بانوراما في التاور ومطعم ميزي المدير اشرف وابراهيم وموظفة قسم السبا شيماء ورحمة واحب أن أذكر هذه الملاحظة حيث يقع الفندق في الجهه الاخرى من نهر النيل وتستخدم المراكب للوصول اليه وهي مجانية من الفندق كما أن جميع المراكبية سواء من الفندق او العاملين بالأجر يتمتعون بحسن الخلق شعب محترم جدا

The location is in a tranquil nubian village on the west side of the Nile. If you're with the car, you easily exit on a highway towards the Aswan Dam of Abu Simbel. The courtyard is a traditional one, the room was big, clean and with a good wi-fi. The host was careful and the surroundings looked safe. We also parked the car at the gate front and it was ok. The breakfast was tasteful and we served it outside in the courtyard. On the evenings, the lights from the courtyard make a warm and nice atmosphere. A good value for money!
