Fantastic Family Stay in Santa Rosalía – Highly Recommended We recently stayed at a villa in Santa Rosalía through Premium Properties and had a wonderful experience. As a family of four, we found the villa to be the perfect size — spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was a great touch that both beach and bathroom towels were provided. The hairdryer was also high quality, and the WiFi worked reliably throughout the property. The villa was spotlessly clean, with modern furnishings and a gorgeous outdoor area. We especially enjoyed the pool and solarium — four comfortable sunbeds and stylish outdoor furniture made relaxing outside a real pleasure. While it would have been nice to have a barbecue, this was a very minor point and didn’t take away from the overall experience. Service from Premium Properties was excellent — friendly, responsive, and always happy to answer our queries. Parking was easy, either on the driveway or directly outside the villa. The resort itself is lovely and still in development, so you will see cranes, lorries, and construction workers. However, this didn’t disturb us at all during our stay. In fact, the atmosphere remained peaceful and relaxing. The lagoon is absolutely stunning and was very quiet during our late June visit — at times, we had it almost to ourselves! The beach bar could improve a little by restocking the ice cream freezer more often and replacing broken paddle boards. At €10 per session, it was a bit disappointing not to be able to use them properly. That said, these were very minor issues. The pitch and putt course was a hit with our family and good value at €10 per person. We also appreciated the friendly waves from the security staff, although they seemed to open the gate for everyone without checking. One quirky feature worth mentioning — there’s an eagle stationed by the lagoon beach (presumably to deter seagulls), and it definitely did the trick

Luxury apartment - Lake & Life Resort - Jacuzzi ligger i Torre-Pacheco, 32 km fra La Manga Club og 40 km fra Las Colinas Golfbane. We stayed at this apartment in Santa Rosalia for two weeks and absolutely loved it! The owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating – communication was excellent from the start, and he was always available on WhatsApp to answer any questions we had. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, if not better. The apartment itself was beautiful – modern, clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It really felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the lagoon, which is truly stunning. The beach there was honestly better than any traditional beach we’ve ever been to! The apartment complex has both a kids' pool and an adults' pool, both of which were ideal for relaxing and spending the day. While there were no sunbeds at the pool, we were happy to lie on the grass, and you can easily pick up a lounger from a local shop if needed. We’d recommend hiring a car, as the nearest shop is a short drive away – but that’s a small trade-off for such a beautiful, peaceful location. We’re so glad we discovered Santa Rosalia and this apartment – we’re already looking forward to coming back next year!

The property was outstanding. Beautifully designed, clean and had everything you could need. The views from the roof top terrace are incredible. The complex itself is one of the best I have stayed on. We will definitely be returning.
