Featuring traditional, rice barn-inspired bungalows and deluxe rooms, Kaluku Bungalow offers accommodation in Gili Air, a 2-minute walk from Gili Air Beach. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was an absolute dream. The staff are beyond wonderful, so kind and caring. The room although on the smaller size is very thoughtfully done and they give you everything you could possibly need. 5 litres of drinking water per day, for instance!! The beach in front was calm to swim in and very pretty. Snorkel equipment was also provided and we could rent bikes at the property. Breakfast was very generous and delicious. On the whole we just loved our stay. Gili Air is like a slice of heaven! Special mention of Rizaan at the front desk who took great care of us!

Stayed in the 3 bedroom Villa which exceeded our expectations. The pool and villa was beautiful. The resort was 5 star and everything was perfection.

The staff were super helpful and ready to act on any request very quickly and professionally. The food was fabulous - we ate very meal at BASK from breakfast, lunch and dinner for a whole week and the standard was high and the quality of ingredients and preparation was of a high standard with great consistency. Great wine list, beers and cocktails, as well as fresh juices and smoothies, all delicious. Manu is a a warm and welcoming host and he made us feel at home, as did the small army of excellent staff. The transfer by car and speed boat from Lombok airport was easy, efficient and a fun way to arrive in style! Access to brilliant snorkelling opportunities directly in front of the resort. We left feeling absolutely satisfied by our holiday!
