The location and setting is truly amazing. A luxury paradise between the trees. The tents are very comfortable, and the restaurant has great food and drinks. But what really stood out is the service. Super helpful and very easy communication ahead of arrival and during the stay. And most importantly: when there was a misunderstanding about a reservation (for the spa) the staff did everything to find a solution for us. That is what sets good and excellent apart. We would have loved to stay a bit longer, and recommend the place to everyone.

Beautiful rooms, amazing shower & lovely staff. We were running late for the free breakfast as we went to the waterfalls before & they kept the kitchen open for us so that we could still get it later. Only stayed one night here but would love to have stayed longer.

Fantastic 2 bed villa with private pool. Lots of space, good air con in bedrooms. Beautiful gardens and well kept. Communal pools lovely too. Helpful staff. Daughter liked the rabbit enclosure. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Good base for bromo trip.

Situado na cidade de Batu, a 200 metros do Parque Jatim 2, o Golden Tulip Holland Resort Batu possui um parque infantil e uma piscina exterior com escorregas. The staff were a stand out. Very polite, Friendly and always happy to help with a smile. The view were amazing, surrounded by the mountains. The room were clean, spacious and comfortable. Great swimming pool and jacuzzi. Beautiful ground and garden. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Next door to Jatim park 2 and only 10 mins drive to Jatim Park 3 also Floating market/Transportation museum. Special thanks to Jasmine ( Breakfast room) and Lala ( Dinner at eatery restaurant) also Adrian ( F and B supervisor). You are a gem. We enjoyed our 4 night stay. Thank you Golden Tulip 🌷
