The property was exceptional in terms of it location, atmposphere, and sense of spaciousness. The staff were exceptional, courteous, friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and had enough variety to keep variety of palattes happy. The choice of experience available for guests are what you expect however had some unique "estate walk' with a resident ecologist is really makes the experience memorable. While all the staff we encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful, we would like to single out few of them: Lakrani was very courteous, efficient and friendly. She would be easily hired for customer facing work anywhere in the world. Infectious enthusiasm was impressive. Lithin was very knowledgable, friendly and willing to share his knowledge about the property, eco system and his passion readily. Ranjit Kumar Pradhan was extremely friendly, obliging and creative in preparing food of exceptional quality and taste. Wish we stayed more nights to taste his delicacy.

Coorg Wilderness Resort & Spa in Madikeri has 5-star accommodation with a fitness centre and a bar. Very luxurious and elegantly designed hotel, very wide selection of good quality food and some great fish curries at the second restaurant. Beautiful views and lovely swimming pool. The staff were super friendly too

Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. High quality rooms and high quality service. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. This place has left the best impressions. Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide wine list. The best stay ever. Just at the edge of the forest, the only sounds you hear are birds. Simply gorgeous! The wilderness staff member was super informative and helpful. He gave us details on some super nice bike rides and even sent us a google maps itinerary for it!
