Although the hotel is quite far from Kolkata, I would consider visiting again just to enjoy the food at Moti Mahal, the hotel restaurant. The hotel is very new—it was inaugurated only two months ago—so the rooms and linens were exceptionally clean, which I really appreciated. The rooms are modern and well equipped with contemporary amenities.

We really enjoyed all the activities, from the morning walk to the evening barbeque by the bonfire. Thanks also to Rupak and Satyam for the great musical entertainment and kitchen staff for the amazing food. We will be back and very much hope that they keep the standard this high!

La vita nouva is an excellent choice we made for our vacation, everything was as we expected,rooms,food,staff all was excellent and the swimming pool too but just one thing swimming pool needs to be properly cleaned we found some algae..rest everything was perfect.

The staff and manager Amir went above and beyond. We felt very looked after . Amir was attentive and helpful. The food was superb, best mushroom curry I’ve had. The gardens are beautiful, very tropical. We were shown around by the lively people looking after the gardens. I would absolutely recommend this retreat if you want to escape the busyness of India. Perfect in every way. The staff make it so.
