I must give a special mention to the food and the restaurant team. Vishal and all the chefs made such a wonderful buffet selection and the waiting staff were also great. I would recommend this as a place to stay especially if you are visiting Vaishno Devi. Thank you for a lovely stay

The staff was very good and helpful and the manager was very courteous, hospitable and accommodating to our requests. The property is brand new in top notch condition. Manager helped us in arranging reliable cab from Srinagar airport itself, and we ended up using the cab the entire time during our 4-day trip on Kashmir. Manager provided us with very good recommendations of things to do in and around Sonmarg and in rest of the trip as well. We would recommend Arco to all our friends and family. Food was amazing and we received absolute royal treatment from the team.

The views are stunning, rooms are beautifully decorated and the service is truely amazing! Every member of the staff focused on offering a great experience. Even the additional experiences offered like the high tea with sufi music to early morning yoga to hike on the nearby mountain is very well curated for the guests. Food delicious too! Overall just wow!
