I would say, the best part is the hospitality. I don’t want to say any name in particular because I may miss someone, which I don’t want to. Well connected with the nature, with good facilities. Recommending for those who wanted to stay peacefully from busy life, it's a best place then with good facilities, and food. You should stay min 2-3 days to enjoy the place. We got chance to listen to live music band, which is occasionally. They have a complementary tea & snack bar near to paddy field which was a lovely, and reminds me the old good times. Very good Wi-Fi it's all around the property with good speed. We stayed at pool villa which was a nice option. Special thanks to the Front Office, House Keeping, Food and Beverage team.

My special thanks to Mr Albin - he has been one of the most humble and amazing host, with his constant assistance and my endless needs , a very dedicated person to serve us the best. and also Mr Kartik to help keep patient with our endless inquiry.infact all the staffs are amazing. From the food service to guard they have been the most humble and always with the best smile on their faces. The rooms are spacious and neat. Love and the best experience. My first trip to India and I can say I ended it in the best way.

Everything starting from the location. Wonderfully located inside jungle and the staff were amazing. Food was excellent and were the facilities. Couldn’t join any activities due to rain but I’m sure they would be awesome as well

Best Hospitality 👌..The host takes great care of his guests very kindly and humbly.. once booked they message, call and confirm our arrival. Responsible management..Best place to relax..

Our stay at Swiss Holidays was simply excellent🤩 The rooms were spotless and comfortable the staff was warm and welcoming and the property had so many activities to enjoy from the swimming pool and cycling to the beautiful tea plantation walk. The view points and campfire evenings made the experience even more special. A perfect resort for relaxation and fun highly recommended😍

The beds are comfortable and they even provided soft, plush towels (honestly, it’s a rarity in India to get towels that aren’t thread-bare!!!) The manager kindly upgraded us to a nicer room, as the hotel was quite quiet. It was lovely. The air conditioning worked. There was filtered water (again, I believe this should be standard to provide, given you can’t drink the tap water in India) They looked after our bags when we went away for a couple of nights into rural Wayanad.
