The estate is about 320 years old, beautifully preserved with original architecture and exceptional maintenance. Every detail was designed with thought and care — from the interior decor to every element of comfort. The beds are extremely comfortable, the linens soft and cozy, and the apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need (and more), all of the highest quality. The shower had an incredibly strong flow of hot water — we were five people and it never ran out (sorry, Roberto, for the gas bill 😉). The shared areas are impeccably maintained, with a large, spacious swimming pool and peaceful surroundings that wrap you in the magic of ancient heritage with modern comfort. The view over the lake is breathtaking — and the quiet… oh, the quiet. Roberto, the owner, made sure to turn on the heating in advance every evening, so the house was always warm and welcoming when we returned — and again early in the morning, so we woke up to a cozy home. All this beauty is made possible thanks to one man — Roberto Selaverti, a person with a truly big heart, whose kindness and dedication are felt in every detail, always accompanied by his endless smile. Roberto — everything that came from your heart went straight into ours. We are deeply grateful. Our daughters already said they want to get married here someday 😉. The location is perfect. Especially for me, i came by train and the resort is only a short walk. In the same street is also the beautiful medieval castle. Location 10/10. I arrived really early, but the staff did everything they could to help me and they let me check in really early. This helped me a lot, because I only stayed for a day and now i could see everything without needing to take my luggage everywhere. Really grateful for the nice room. Amazing experience overall!

The staff were very friendly. The pool was perfect to swim in as it was very hot . The bed was very comfy . The views were fabulous. Looking out to the beautiful Umbrian countryside. The restaurant was absolutely amazing. Delicious meal and lovely outlook.
