Aethos Saragano is a resort surrounded by the Umbrian countryside, in the medieval village of Saragano Gualdo Cattaneo, It features an outdoor pool overlooking the landscape. It’s so different in the best possible way, built as a tiny village, with tons of countryside charm but with new and slick interior in the rooms. View is to die for and food at Ceci, both breakfast and dinner, is top notch (Delfina the chef deserves every bit of credit and same goes for the staff at Ceci). Can’t wait to be back. Last thing, don’t miss out on the SPA, small but amazing and the view is stunning.

A villa of the 18th century, Borgobrufa Spa Resort is located on the hill 4 km from Torgiano. It offers a free spa, panoramic views of the Umbrian countryside and a gourmet restaurant. The rooms were fairly small but clean, cozy, and extremely comfortable. The spa facilities were excellent, especially the heated indoor-outdoor pool, though the massages were quite average compared to other spa resorts we've visited. The food and wine selection at the resort were outstanding, and the views across the property were truly impressive. I would definitely return if I ever visit that area of Italy again. Also remember to call the resort before booking as some rooms are far from the property and some are inside the property.

This very new property is spotless and beautiful. Additionally, for me because of limited mobility, it was completely accessible. The host were lovely.
