Mountain Side had everything you could need. From amazing customer service to all the facilities. The complimentary shuttle was also great. The location was great - ski in and out.

I never experienced such VIP service otherwise in the world. Whole reception teams demonstrated what extraordinary service should be. I arrived late by bus and was welcomed by one receptionist in bus stop. so I did not need to carry my luggage in the snowing road. They even opened the ski rental shop for me after working hour. The next morning, I missed public shuttle bus and they offered to use hotel shuttle bus to drive me over to ski lift in Yakebitaiyama without reservation in advance. I felt that I was living with a lot of friends instead of living in hotel. I was too tired to try the bar at night, and I would like to try it next time. Swimming pool was good with quite warm water. Hot bathing place with best view. Sun rising over snow mountain top. Breakfast was very good with many variations. The dinner I ordered was pork hotpot, and personally I think the starter tasted better and pork meat is okay. I will try something else next time. All in all, the service and room condition are all top.

Holiday Inn Resort Shinano-Omachi Kuroyon by IHG ligger i Omachi, 38 km fra Tsugaike Kogen Skisportssted, og har en have, en terrasse og en restaurant samt gratis privat parkering. Beautiful resort with really nice amenities and location. Staff were super friendly, and the dining is quite nice. Easy access up to Kurobe dam.

Nojiri Lake Resort ligger i Shinano, 25 km fra Zenkō-ji-templet, og har et fælles opholdsområde, en terrasse og en bar samt gratis privat parkering. The staff were exceptional! I had a crisis. They were very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Loved the view of the lake from my room!

Karuizawa Asama Prince Hotel har en storslået udsigt over Asama-bjerget samt en 18-hullers golfbane og en spa. JR Karuizawa Station og Karuizawa Shopping Plaza ligger 12 minutters kørsel fra resortet.... Great view outside of room, we have a small balcony with chair to enjoy the view. Staffs are friendly, food is good. Onsen is great. Can’t find anything to complain.

Located in a tranquil area surrounded by natural beauty. The hotel offers a shuttle and a luggage delivery service between JR Karuizawa Station south exit and the hotel. Always a home away from home when travelling to Japan! Welcoming staff, always a warm fire and never too much trouble to ask for a lift back to the station. Have stayed here multiple times now and we look forward to rest and relaxation with the onsens and time spent in the forests of Karuizawa.

Situated within a private forest and boasting outdoor hot springs and award-winning cuisine, Sierra Resort Hakuba is a 10-minute drive from JR Hakuba Train Station. Great resort, great dinner and breakfast. Access to ski is a bit far , we will need taxi to get around.

Hos Echoland Madarao エコーランド斑尾 All en-suite rooms & a free 3-minute shuttle to the ski resort i Madarao Kogen er der udsigt til en have, en have, et fælles opholdsområde, en terrasse, en restaurant og... The staff are so lovely, Takashi and Echo are so friendly and helpful, creating a very homely vibe. The location is a little secluded but nothing a free shuttle can't fix, and the food is delicious. Warm rooms with underfloor heating, and comfy beds. all the facilities I felt were needed, and a lot of personality inside the building! It's a very cool place to stay, especially in season when there are many others staying. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay guys!
