This is a great place to stay if your traveling between cities and need a place to stop for a night. Its surrounded by tea plantations and a waterfall so plenty to see in the surrounding areas too. The owners were so lovely and fed us well. The room is probably the nicest one we've stayed in during our sri lanka trip. The views are amazing!

The views were great, the staff was extremely cooperative and made sure to go the extra mile like arranging a poolside BBQ for us. The rooms were aesthetically pleasing and cleaned well. Breakfast, tea time snacks, and dinner was delicious and presented beautifully each time. The food was not very expensive either; it was good value for money.

It had been a dream of mine to stay at Tea Trails since 2019 and I couldnt be any happier with the experience. It will always be one of the most special moments of my life as I proposed to my girlfriend here. Huge thanks to the staff for recording our moment. The hotel is flawless, service and food could not be any better. Purely by coincidence we stayed here as the Hotel was featured on BBC "Amazing Hotels, life beyond the lobby". We were lucky that on our second day we were the only guests at Dunkeld bungalow so could enjoy everything to ourselves. The view from the infinity pool is probably the best I will ever see. Sure it's an expensive hotel but if you have the opportunity to stay here you wont regret it.

I visited Mandaram Eco Resort in December, and it was a truly unique experience. The resort provides parking 5 km away, and the journey from there is both interesting and adventurous. The road is narrow and bumpy, but the stunning views along the way make it absolutely worth it. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome and treated to a delicious cup of cardamom tea made from their own garden. One of the highlights of the property is Kabaragala Waterfall, located just 200 meters away within their land – it’s breathtaking! The staff were incredibly friendly and honest, making the stay even more enjoyable. They serve mainly local varieties of food, which adds to the authentic and sustainable vibe of the resort. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a serene and eco-friendly getaway.

Beautiful property with really excellent food and helpful staff. It was a slightly odd feeling as we were the only guests (well - another couple turned up very late that night) but the room was amazing with very high quality finishes and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Did I mention how good the food was?! It had to be ordered in advance but was very good value

The Farm Resorts is located on the shores of the Castlereigh Lake in Dickoya. The Resort has barbecue facilities and terraced garden, and guests can enjoy a meal at the a la carte restaurant. Stunning property — there are 6 chalets and 1 family bungalow nestled among a 22-acre tea plantation, a walking path, lots of flowers and trees and right by the Castlereigh Reservoir. My elderly parents and I had a very comfortable 2-night stay in the family bungalow. The staff are friendly! We had several meals on-site during our stay; breakfast and lunch served outdoors with incredible views and dinner served in a cozy dining room. My fave was kayaking on Castlereigh Reservoir — extremely serene and peaceful! Absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was wonderful!
