In a secluded beachfront along Sri Lanka’s southwest coast, only an hour away from the capital, Anantara Kalutara Resort is a heavenly getaway with luxurious accommodation and inspirational... Everything. The staff were so friendly and amazing. Whenever I asked for anything it’s provided within minutes. The suite I booked was really nice and the ocean view just so relaxing. The resort is so big and has so many activities. The pool is beautiful. The food in the restaurant was good and prices were fair.

Directly located along Kalatura Beach, the Tangerine Beach Hotel offers an outdoor pool and yoga lessons. Set amidst tropical gardens, it also has an Ayurvedic spa and 2 restaurants. From start to finish my stay in the Tangerine Beach Hotel was Excellent. All the staff were amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to stop here again only this time stay a little longer

Built on 9 acres of gardens, AVANI Kalutara Resort (formerly Kani Lanka Resort and Spa) is located by the Kalu Ganga River. It offers an outdoor pool, a luxurious spa and free Wi-Fi. This was my second time at this property. Last time, I stayed in a private pool villa. Since I traveled alone this time, I chose a standard room. The room size is quite small but still suitable for a solo traveler. I encountered an issue 15 minutes after check-in, but it was resolved quickly. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly. I particularly liked my room because it faced the beach. As I mentioned, the issue I had was addressed promptly, and the key person responsible was the very professional Guest Relations Executive, Ms. Tharindi. She is welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive. The main reason I am giving a 10/10 rating is because of her outstanding service and quick resolution of my concern. Every morning, she checks in with guests to ensure their comfort, which I truly appreciate. Having worked in the service industry for the past 12 years, I know how important this level of care is. Ms. Tharindi, you are a valuable asset to this property. Once again, thank you for making my stay at Avani so memorable. I would also like to thank the Front Office Manager, Mr. Jayantha, and the Executive Housekeeper, Mr. Eric, who personally met with me and resolved the issue. Additionally, my gratitude goes to the room attendant who kept my room impeccably clean.
