Offering an outdoor swimming pool and a spa and wellness centre, Amaranthe Bay Resort & Spa is located just 5 km north of the Trincomalee town on the beautiful East Coast of Sri Lanka. It’s tranquility, it’s luxury, it’s staff, don’t have enough words for how much we loved this place but it was heaven. The view from our room was stunning, coconut forest with abundance of wildlife and eagles soaring above. The room itself was excellent. The food in the restaurant was class and I can’t thank the staff enough they all made our stay memorable.

Newly built hotel. Very clean and high end features. Room facing the ocean and to watch the sunrise from the bed was a special treat. Easy access to the beach. You can also access the beach front restaurants on other resort properties easily. To top it all I have experienced the best personalized customer service at Diyash Hotel. We met Raj, Anushan, safan, Hassan and Prashanthi. They all went over and above to make our stay comfortable. Thank you all.❤️

Spacious and clean room with a big balcony, very quiet and peaceful. Just a 3-minute walk to Uppuveli Beach. The caretaker was very helpful, let us use the kitchen, and laundry service is available. The property is newly built and has only been operating for about 2 months, so everything feels fresh and well maintained. Close to the beach but far enough to avoid the noise of late-night parties.

Secluded, far from the city. We were a bit worried it is far from city center but ended up staying on the property for whole 3 days without leaving at all. Amazing room, private empty beach. Building is beautiful, spacious and very well designed. Your eyes will be resting wherever you look. Staff is super attentive and takes care of anything sometimes before you know you want it. The food is delicious, pricy compared to Sri Lanka but definitely worth the value. Mutton biriyani was out of this world. We were in a low season and there was only 6-10 guests in the hotel. Altogether about 15 rooms on the property. Wake up early to catch the sunrise! Worth every rupee

The service of the staff was really good, we had a birthday and the staff especially bharadhi promptly provided us with a cake and made it extra special, he was also very courteous and helped us with food accommodation and travel to the beach.

Boutique style hotel with a nice pool and direct access to the beach. Miran was great. He always had a smile, organised sun beds, and if you pre booked your food, he’d have it ready for you. Fresh fish available every night.

Located near Trincomalee in Salli-Sampaltivu, 108 Palms Beach Resort offers accommodation on the private beach. Beautiful secluded beach. Friendly staff and great owner. A hidden gem we hope to return to soon🙏
