They were very quick to respond to any queries or troubles we had, since we had an AC leak on the first day. They allowed us to leave the apartment at 12pm too upon same day request.

Located 6 km from AEON Tebrau City, KSL Hot Spring Resort offers modern accommodation with free WiFi. The property boasts a swimming pool, a restaurant and a fitness centre. Very well maintained rooms, the hotel graciously changed our 2 separate rooms to adjacent family rooms without any additional charges. Facilities are good. Breakfast spread needs to be improved. Able to book Grab after a couple of tries. Overall, good experience with family.
