This place met and exceeded my expectations. They fit us into the spa last minute for some wonderful massages, provided little bonuses on arrival (drinks in the room, chocolates, and afternoon tea service) and even a gift upon departure. The bed was comfortable, the pools were clean and in immaculate condition, no detail is overlooked here. I was given the chance to bid for an upgrade and received a garden villa which was huge, I LOVED it! I would 100% go back if I could.

Minerals and Geoscience Department is 9 km from the property. Free private parking is available on site. The serenity of the place, the restaurant was amazing. Dont fault the location as it is not meant for people looking for a bustling place. It is a bit far from Ipoh town but that is not why we came here.

Rooms were clean and the food and beverage crew were friendly & accommodating. The chef, Abdul Hadi prepared delicious dishes daily.
