We stayed in a cottage and the location was beautiful with views of the mountains. The property is well cared for, beautiful flowers and outdoor seating.

The front desk went above and beyond, even checking on us late at night when the restaurant was closing to see if we needed room service—a true testament to their outstanding customer service. Housekeeping was impeccable, and we treated ourselves to the spa, which was also a highlight. They even allowed us to create our own massage oil blend to suit our preferences, a special touch that made the experience even more personalized. The pool and jacuzzi area, overlooking the Himalayas, is one of the most impressive we’ve ever seen. Dusit Thani Resort is truly one of the best places we’ve stayed, but what made it exceptional was Roshan. His warmth and impeccable service turned our stay into something truly memorable. Thank you to Dusit Thani and especially Roshan for an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to return!
