The location was great.The owners Doug and Geraldine went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. When we need a car or motorcycle to rent, she organizes it immediately. They even invite us to join them for the New Year celebration. There we so much drinks, food,cakes exct.I will definitely recommend to stay there. The staff was excellent. Even the Labrador MOJO is very friendly and playful.

Very comfortable stay and the place was very clean. The staff were welcoming and attentive, especially the housekeeping team and the kitchen staff. The onsite restaurant was good and very affordable. It was a convenient way to have breakfast, a snack or a drink. The pool was well kept and a good alternative to the beach.

The accommodation features a concierge service, a tour desk and currency exchange for guests. My stay at Las Palmas was lovely and the property is stunning! The staff (Kim, Pamela and the waiting team) had a very strong attention to detail and made sure guests were welcomed. Rooms were beautifully styled and very comfy. I loved the pool and vibe of the place and was a great place to relax. Breakfast was also very good with lots of choice. The location of the hotel is very good with lots of cafes and dining options in walking distance and is away from the noise of the main General Luna area. Cloud 9 is 5 mins away by tuktuk or bike. One small thing to improve might be having thicker blinds or curtains in the room as it gets light very early at 5.30am and there was a top window that lets in all the light. The hotel does kindly provide eye masks, but it could do with some extra blackout so you're not disturbed so early.

Service always helpful giving you solutiom for whatever you need. You can see Cloud 9 waves breaking from the wonderfull garden or even from the breakfast terrace. Surfing lesiones are available and many boards to choose. Thanks to Ezequiel we could stay at the villa for our last 2 nights, but its not only the spacy modern villa but all the hotel in itself is a piece of art. Beautiful.

The facilities were excellent and extremely comfortable, making it a perfect spot to relax. The staff were amazing, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They even made sure we knew the correct price before taking a tuktuk so we wouldn’t get scammed, which we really appreciated. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was fantastic and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and beaches to explore. We loved our room, while it was a bit far from the main area, there were plenty of shops and places to explore within walking distance. Renting a motorcycle is definitely recommended to get around easily. We stayed 4 nights and 5 days, and honestly, we wished we could have stayed even longer!

The resort offers water sports facilities and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. This place is a properly beautiful beach resort with it's own gin speakeasy. I can't believe how nice it was. And there's reasonably priced dorm rooms. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
