The view is awesome. The rooms modern style, well equiped, breakfast excellent, pool wonderfull. Very nice small village, no noise, only pure nature. Rocks, trees and the sea. The manager solve any problem very professional.

The luxurious Royal Savoy - Ocean Resort is set amidst tropical gardens in the Bay of Funchal, featuring 2 heated lagoon-style pools and private ocean access. Superb location with direct access to the sea - (however there is no beach but rock-set steps to the water ). There is a huge sun-lounging terrace with plenty of sun-beds . Hotel was originally a time share apartment building which has been converted to a hotel . The suite rooms have a separate kitchen and there is room service available so private dining on the terrace is a very pleasant availability .

Nằm ở Arco da Calheta, Luxury villa with private heated pool, garden and views of the sea and mountains. We have traveled a lot, but this villa really exceeded our expectations - at a fair price. Beautiful location with wonderful views to the ocean and the mountains. Spotlessly clean especially given the large size of house and garden. Except from A/C (the lack of which is clearly advertised), all amenities are there, including a fantastically equipped kitchen (finally a house with enough plates, glasses, pots, pans and cuttlery!), a bbq & wood-fired pizza oven, all types of kitchen machines, a washer and dryer, sufficient and comfy towels, swimming towels, robes & slippers, etc. The pool is nice-size and clean, the garden very well-maintained. Several spaces to hang out, lounge and relax, with dozens of comfy cushions. Special shout-out to the beautiful, comfortable outdoor eating space. Beds and pillows are AMAZING, and during the night there's a nice, cooling breeze. Bathrooms, although a tiny bit outdated, are clean and comfortable with enough water pressure. Nice sound system. We were welcomed like nowhere else: we could drop off our luggage before check-in time, there was a welcome basket and even fresh flowers! Communication throughout was swift and friendly, we signaled a minor issue and it was picked up immediately. This house is truly managed and maintained at highest standards. Congratulations to the team! If you are looking for a relaxing holiday with a large size group (we were 8p), don't hesitate to book this house.

Located on a slope overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Village Cabo Girao offers villas and apartments with access to indoor and outdoor swimming pools, free private parking and free WiFi in shared areas.... The view was great. There were plenty of things to do at the property like swimming, playing mini golf, watching DVD’s; and so many walks, and a few restaurants close by. The onsite restaurant was fabulous.

With a private stretch of sandy beach along the Porto Santo shore, this 5-star resort features 2 natural-style pool areas surrounded by 30.000 m² of gardens. I had a sinus infection and the girl with black hair and wore glasses did a wonderful job in giving me a anti-inflammatory massage and boy was it wonderful. She really knew what she was doing. Obrigada!!!

Offering 4 restaurants, 2 bars and Atlantic Ocean views, the 5-star Pestana Carlton Madeira Ocean Resort Hotel is situated on a cliff top on Madeira Island. Funchal’s centre is 10 minutes' walk away. A very enjoyable stay at Pestana Carlton. Our view was amazing overlooking the sea. They offered a wide selection of fruit, pastries, breads, cheeses, cold meats for breakfast. The hot food was also delicious. There was a chef who cooked you an omlette of your choice each morning. We dined al fresco most mornings overlooking the sea. It was breathtaking. Finally, a huge thank you to the staff at this hotel. They were so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond for us. We had the most memorable stay at this hotel. We will be back. 😊
