Located within a 5-minute ride from Chiang Rai Clock Tower, Saikaew Resort features cosy cottages with modern facilities with a laundry service. Free WiFi is provided throughout the resort. Service here was exceptional and it was really good value. The place also had self-service laundry which was a boon in a long trip. Loved that it had a balcony with beautiful views of the lotus pond, especially at sunrise.

We searched for a quite, countryside, not pricey but nice place and we found just it. We were greeted by the nicest thai guy I ever met and immediately took care of our check in. The room was enormous, clean, beautiful, very very nice bathroom and shower, and the nicest view from the balcony. We enjoyed the quiet so much and went down multiple times to drink coffee in the lounge/bar at the reception, which is a really nice place as well. Nak helped us plan our upcoming trip and gave us a lot of good tips for traveling in the north. Worth every penny!

The farm is very spectacular, with a pond made by the owner, and some animals hanging around. We spent a week there, and us and the kids were really happy with the surrounding. But regardless of the place itself, the reason to come is the lovely Nee and Oi who run the place. They are very generous, gentle and loving people. We are grateful for the opportunity to meet them, cook together and share traditions, discuss Budhism, feed the fish, laugh... Thank you!
