I didn’t see my kids all day which allowed me time to go to the spa. The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern amenities and comfortable accommodations. However, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional service and understanding shown by the staff during a stressful situation. My daughter, who has eczema, experienced a severe flare-up, and we needed to return to Bangkok urgently to see her doctor. Despite the last minute change in our plans, the hotel manager was incredibly accommodating. She accepted our early departure and provided a refund for the days we didn't stay, showing genuine empathy and concern for our situation. I would like to thank their Manager “Chalermwan Oramai -Grape” she constantly kept of checking on my daughter’s situation showing her genuine care and concern. Their flexibility and kindness made a difficult time much easier for our family. I am deeply grateful for their support and highly recommend Grande Centre Point Space for their outstanding service, customer care, and family-friendly environment.

I loved everything, the location is good, the building has a nice vibe, staff are nice specially Mr Anawatch. They provided us with a map of the island and explained everything and helped to arrange a motorbike rental.

The accommodation provides a solarium, free WiFi and family rooms. The room was spacious and the sea view was magnificent.There was a large TV monitor and You Tube was available. There was also washing machine,so I didn't have to go to the laundry. The location was good, because it was in the middle of Pattaya and Jomtien.Pratumnak night market was just around the corner.
