Boasting a beachfront location, Akira Beach Resort is placed along the Pattaya sandy beach,a 5-minute walk to the walking street. The property features 3 well-designed swimming pools, a garden and a gym. It also includes a kids' club and a library. We stayed 4 nights at Akira Lipe as a family (2 adults and 3 children), and overall it was a fantastic experience. The resort is beautiful, the facilities are great, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Just a small note for Muslim families: the hotel is not particularly Muslim-friendly, though still acceptable. Alcohol and pork are served, which is understandable in a mixed resort setting. However, during breakfast, special attention should be given to food handling. For example, utensils used for pork and eggs are often mixed, and it would be appreciated if the hotel could make an effort to separate them – especially by providing dedicated utensils for halal-friendly items. Apart from this, everything else was top-notch – a great stay in a beautiful setting.

Bundhaya Villas is 500 metres from Lipe Floating Pontoon and 200 metres from Military Camp. In my opinion, the best resort in the whole island. The location is just perfect. In the corner of Pattaya Beach, the place is quiet at night and beautiful and active in the morning. The swimming pool and the swimming pool bar are just perfect. Good food, and nice happy hour promotion on drinks from 1pm until 8pm. Our villa was at the front line beach, so we could watch the sunset from our private sunbeds.
