Comfortable bed, clean rooms and bathroom, loveliest owners who even picked us up and dropped us off at the old town, free bikes (which were in very good condition), just loved everything about our stay here!!! Thank you for having us!!

What a wonderful experience, starting from the owners and employees attentiveness, to the cleanliness of the property, until the perfection of the bungalows. The owners and the employees were always ready to provide a nice smile and support, when needed. Breakfast was everyday different, with always western and Thai varieties. There was also an active request from the owner, to see if there were dietary restrictions and if anything should be adjusted. There’s no lunch or dinner available at the property. The overall property has a very relaxing atmosphere, with a very leafy garden and clean pool. The bungalow has a very spacious and luxurious feel, with a big bathroom that holds a bath and shower. The location is very quiet and nice, however if you don’t have your own car, it might be more tricky to get around. The neighbourhood has a very restaurant, “Sweet rice café”, which serves the best authentic Thai food in Sukhothai and delicious homemade ice-Cream and (on the spot made) desserts. It takes up to 3’ walk from the property. If you have a craving for a nice coffee with a light lunch, you can go to “Take a break”, which is also only a small walk away.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, specially the manager Ice. They helped me with everything I needed! And the swimming pool is really great ! Highly recommend it!

Cute little cottages. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Come with free bikes which was nice for traversing around the town. The owner lady is very sweet.

Everything about this property is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are lovely, the accommodation is relaxing, the pool is great and you can even get your lap fitness in if you want to. The breakfast is great. The showers are great. 10/10

Very clean and cozy place. Location is amazing. Madam is so kind and helpful. Everything was like a dream. We are bird watchers. Madam's husband knows every bird on that area. They are really sincere people. We learn some thai vocabulary from them. It's so funny. 😀 I didn't want to leave sukhothai.
