Any issues we raised were promptly resolved within minutes. Our rooms were cleaned daily, and the breakfasts were delicious and satisfying. The location is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Şişhane metro station and the Tunnel to Karaköy. Galata is also easily accessible with a 15-minute walk. Special thanks to Sema Hanım for everything, particularly for comforting our youngest child with a small gift on their final day. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money.
