We spent a wonderful time in this resort with our 2 kids. Luxurious, very clean very comfortable. Beautiful garden with very nice swimming pools. The hotel personnel were absolutely sweet and kind, and at our service at any time. The restaurant allowed us to eat locally which was helpful with the kids. The hotel offered free shuffle to the old town. So great Thank you for the great stay

This is the place for you!! The Resort: well, the pool is great! but the lake, the gardens and the bar are also something that i enjoyed a lot. you can also enjoy the spa in small houses on the lake and rent the boat that is great for kids. the environment is really relaxing! Breakfast is not the best in my opinion but they have a good variety of choices. The team: This is what i liked the most. Miss.Vi, Thuy, Hoa, Tai and all the others are so professional and kind that i will remember them forever. they also helped me to organize to my wife birthday surprise with decorations, cakes, flowers, music and they even sang happy birthday to her. that was so sweet! They are really attentive to all the details every day of your stay, that’s what i liked! thank you guys for everything! hope to see you soon!

RiverTown Hoi An Resort & Spa apresenta bicicletas gratuitas, piscina exterior, um centro de fitness e jardim em Hoi An. Apresentando serviço de quartos, este alojamento também dispõe de terraço. Os quartos são muito bons e muito espaço. Muito silenciosos e com muito boas condições de ar condicionado. O pequeno almoço é simplesmente excelente, com muita variedade e de muito boa qualidade. O staff é muito simpático e sempre disponível. Quando cheguei, a rececionista teve o cuidado de me informar de alguns espetáculos disponíveis. O spa e a piscina são excelentes.

Beautiful pool area, big rooms and just the nicest and most helpfull staff!! Especially Diep, who greeted us and gave us a great introduction to Hoi An and gave info about great restaurants!! Made us feel really welcome!! And Danh who worked by the pool area, and served us a lot of cold beers and everything he did was with a big smile! I have nothing bad to say about staff or hotel

Localizado ao longo da Praia Cua Dai, o Palm Garden Resort está situado entre 5 hectares de belos jardins paisagísticos. Dispõe de um spa e de uma piscina exterior de 45 metros. a envolvência do hotel, o acesso direto para uma praia paradisiaca e quase sem ninguém. A piscina incrível, o Spa muito bom. Os funcionários super prestáveis e simptáticos. Adorámos o Mr. Vhu, o Mr.Vy e o Mr. Long. São super atenciosos e divertidos, tentando fazer a nossa estadia ainda melhor :). Foi muito melhor ficar neste hotel do que no centro de Hanoi. Foi um verdadeiro luxo ter a piscina, praia e todas as necessidades cumpridas num hotel incrível.
