It is a gem in so many ways. The bungalows are made to feel you are in a movie setting, the pool is great for a splash, photo session or just relaxing and enjoying the view. The owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable, I just wish we stayed longer to chat and learn more about the region and the country more. The location is fantastic, you can go for a walk into the rice fields by just crossing the street. The food was great too, we tried few restaurants around but we actually had best meals in the hotel. Both us and the kids loved it.

Guests can also indulge in various massages and spa treatments offered. I would like to share my impressions from my vacation at FLC Resort Luxury Samson. We stayed there in the middle of November, 6 nights from November 17 to 23, 2024, in a deluxe room with an ocean view.  As it turned out it was low season in the town of Chamchon and at the resort itself, there were almost no tourists. Hotel manager Mr. Hop said that in summer the resort is crowded. My special thanks to Mr. Hop for his attention and help! I was surprised by the low ratings of the resort on booking and other sites, because we had just an unforgettable vacation, the most real luxury from the beginning to the last minutes. I have read many reviews that the staff does not understand English well. Indeed not all staff speak perfect English, but nowadays google translate solves this problem in seconds. There is excellent wi-fi all over the hotel, I had no problems watching movies or having meetings online. We stayed with my daughter in an ocean view deluxe room with a private pool and it is truly an unforgettable experience. The ocean is beautiful and the lush very well maintained plants around the houses and along the beach are pleasing to the eye and create shade. For relaxation lovers, this is the best choice because the noise of the ocean makes you forget everything. I saw complaints in other reviews that there is no beach and there is only a concrete wall. That's not really the case. I think that what FLC Samson has done is brilliant, because on the border of the land and the beach there is a concrete fence with poured stones, which prevents the ocean from eroding the shore and the shore remains very green, there are palm trees and conifer plants, and you can go down to the beach by numerous stairs. The regular beach starts outside the resort borders in the town, it's a 5 minute walk.
