GibraltarEverything, from the perfect location to the beautiful decor, to it’s tranquil atmosphere, to its comfy bed, but above all, I have to emphasise on its superb staff. Marisa went far beyond her duties in helping us out. From sorting out a small mistake I had made with my check in date to helping us out with the luggage. Always with a smile ready to solve any issues and providing valuable advice. Must also mention Serafin, extremely friendly, also always greeting us with a smile, eager to help and giving great recommendations about the area. The two ladies helping serving the breakfast were great too.
