Our stay at Riad Chebbi was wonderful. Rooms are very clean and smells very fresh, interior is traditional Moroccan and luxury. Also the main thank you for such professional staff especially Fatima and Yedir, they were very friendly and attentive! Also I highly recommend during the stay at Riad Chebbi to have a dinner, because it is incredible!

We spent two nights at Riad Kasbah Aiour in Hassilabied over Christmas and truly enjoyed our stay. The building is beautifully constructed and furnished and is located right next to the dunes, so you can step straight into them. With our children, we enjoyed wonderful walks through the dunes in the evening at sunset, in the early morning at sunrise, and even at midday, each lasting about 1.5 to 2 hours. The beds are quite firm yet very comfortable — we slept surprisingly well, even though we usually don’t like hard beds. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent and very generous. Addi welcomed us warmly, invited us every evening to a festive gathering with music and dancing by the campfire, and was always present and helpful. Abdeljalil served our meals with constant good spirits and joy, brought us tea, and shared lovely conversations with us, while Fatiha and the other ladies in the kitchen cooked wonderfully for us.

one of the most beautiful places my partner and i have and likely will ever stay in, totally wonderful with amazing staff happy to cater to your every need.. if you are doing merzouga you need to stay here.

We absolutely recommend Hotel chez Youssef. Such a friendly, welcoming and caring host, who was always making sure we have everything need and we feel like home. His traditional sahara house is absolutely beautiful and special. The bedroom and the house in general is clean and very comfortable. Upstaires there's a terrace with a stunning view on the sand dunes of the desert. Even after checking out we were welcomed to stay for several hours inside his hotel in an air-conditioned room, in which we took a nap whilst the hottest time of the day. We were even given the opportunity to take shower then. Youssef organised an authentic and adventurous camping trip to the desert of Merzouga ghiuded by a team of two very professional and friendly sahara experts including an amazing camel ride only for the two of us, although we asked for the camping trip very very last minute at one of the busiest time of the season. All in all it was an amazing experience which we would love to repeat with the same host and the same team! Thank you, Youssef!

We chose the hotel even though it didn’t have any reviews on Booking, and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise! We stayed for two nights, which I highly recommend so travelers can relax and enjoy the beauty of the place. The hotel is beautiful, full of details, very well maintained, with a garden filled with lanterns and a courtyard that invites you to unwind. The pool area is also incredible and offers direct access to the Sahara dunes! The room was very cozy, spotless, clean, and super comfortable. The hotel staff was also very attentive — even though we hadn’t booked lunch in advance, we were promptly served at the last minute with delicious food! We loved it!

We could not have dreamt of a better place to disconnect from the stress of cities and connect with nature. This is a brand-new family owned and managed riad, tastefully decorated in local Berber style with super spacious, comfortable and very clean rooms in incredibly peaceful setting near Saharan golden dunes. You can view the dunes from the stunning rooftop, watch the sunset and enjoy the night sky lounging in cozy, comfy divans or chill around the pool in the hot desert sun. The owners are very friendly, and hospitable people. Upon arrival we were greeted with a “Berber whisky” which is actually a tea) and some refreshments. The breakfast was delicious as well as the tajine dinner. Mustafa has arranged for us a trip to visit local nomad people in their traditional settlements and later a quad to see the sunset from the top of the Dunes. We would definitely stay again and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
