Offering a restaurant, Riad Al Makan is located in the old Medina of Fez, 3 minutes' walk from the Blue Gate. Free WiFi access is available. Chouara Tanneries is 1.5 km walk away. Location is prime and 5-10 mins walk away from main attractions. Room featured high ceiling and was quite spacious. The architecture and design of the whole place is generally very aesthetically-pleasing. The staffs were very accommodating and meticulous. When we arrived late to the hotel, most of the staffs were still on duty and expecting our arrival despite not being a 24-7 service.

The Location is awesome and is close to Blue Gate of the Medina. The staff was great and arranged a pick up for 10 Euros. The room was spacious and was very clean. The breakfast was very good too. We went out to Media for fresh food. They cleaned the room daily and even arranged an adapter for us. Overall the stay was excellent in the Riad

The night manager became very close with us and took us on a tour of the medina and a palace in the medina. We ended up being invited to his home where his mom made a wonderful lunch for us. the room was good and large enough for our needs. location was great, right in the medina.

From the moment we arrive we found him in parking wait for as and walked in to riad, they greeted us with a warm smile and offered to help with our bags. Throughout our stay, he checked in to ensure we were comfortable, helped us with restaurant reservations,tour, shopping ,and even gave us tips for hidden local secrets . You could tell they genuinely cared about each guest’s experience. That level of service really set this hotel apart. The riad is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ahmed – thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality! The location is great, close to the main sights but still quiet and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
