If there were any flaws, the staffs Nadir, Omar & lady chef N compensated them all. The staffs were gems!! Very helpful, very pleasant and polite. The riad was just like what we imagine, beautiful! location was not too deep into the Medina, easily reachable via Bab Boujloud and the Batha post. Our room was on the top floor, next to the terrace and the rooftop seating. Bathroom with bidet for the toilet is a rare finding!! Dinner we had was fantastic and breakfast were nice and varies everyday, still traditional and adequate portion.

Our room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was decent—simple but satisfying. The small pool in the courtyard added a refreshing touch, especially after exploring the busy streets of Fes. One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace: quite spacious, with stunning views and a serene ambiance that made it ideal for unwinding. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend Dar Bensouda to travelers looking for an authentic Moroccan stay with warm hospitality.

We found the accommodation incredible; everything was perfect. The location is very good, as if you don't want to go through the narrow streets of the medina, you can access it by going around the outside of the wall, which is very quick. A very convenient option if you don't feel like going out at night is to order dinner there; everything is very good and the menu is varied. Without a doubt, the best thing about the accommodation was the service from our receptionist, who was attentive to everything and helped us with our many questions and issues.

The room and washroom were immaculately clean and the bed was extremely comfortable to sleep on. The Riad also offers great tour deals and will ensure all the details are taken care of so you’re able to just enjoy the experience. Would definitely stay here again next time visiting Fez. The room was clean, modernity and exceptional to a very high standard. The location was good.....clean and organised area.not too far from the large carfour. I can’t put it in words how amazing all the staff memebers are, they were always so helpful anytime we needed anything, breakfast was great and we truly liked almost everything. Riads are not hotels but special moroccan housing which i highly recommend for everyone travelong to get the full moroccan experience.It’s very clean, and the location is great.
