The staff were so friendly and accomodating. They always made sure we were getting a fair price for things when we told them we were going shopping for things. They called our guide to make sure he was going when he was running late. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Great location as well.

It is such a beautiful riad. Roof top is amazing with unique views. They came to pick me up at a safe and easy to find location. The staff is very nice. I came here for the second time and plan to stay here again when I will come back to Fez

Riad Amir had exceptional service from the minute you walk into the door. The Riad is located near the main road and is only a five minute walk to the blue gate. The staff are warm and welcoming and even packed a take away breakfast the day I was leaving early to the Sahara Desert. The room and washroom were immaculately clean and the bed was extremely comfortable to sleep on. The Riad also offers great tour deals and will ensure all the details are taken care of so you’re able to just enjoy the experience. Would definitely stay here again next time visiting Fez. What an amazing find. Wonderful helpful considerate staff. Amazing family running the hotel and very kind and generous too.... invited us to eat Morrocan food . The room was clean, modernity and exceptional to a very high standard. The location was good.....clean and organised area.not too far from the large carfour. The pool was massive part of choosing this place and doesn't disappoint. Thanks.to everyone and see you again soon!!

Medhi is an amazing host: breakfast was excellent, room clean, comfy and near a parking and Medina. He gaved to us a lot of useful advices. ALL WAS EXCELLENT
