The building is incredible, with great rooms and a very nice hall with a swimming pool and a great resting area. The terrace offered a great view of the city and the breakfast was good. The staff was amazingly kind. It was my birthday and they waited for my return (10 pm)for bringing me a cake to my room. Amazing experience

Very comfortable, clean, beautiful and cozy place! The breakfast was great, staff are amazing, there were very sweet and helpful all the time. The location is good, besides being in the middle of the Medina.

Breakfast every morning on the roof terrace was delightful. Mostly breads with preserves but if you ask nicely you can get some eggs. The location was really great if you want to avoid taking taxis and like walking. Overall the Riad felt like a little hidden gem we had all our to ourselves. Only complaint is that you can hear out into the hallways easily but that is probably due to the way the rooms face into a courtyard so it echos. If this would bother you while you slept, then I would advise bringing ear plugs (easy fix in my opinion!). :) Thank you staff also for your kindness and help daily! It did not go unnoticed.

Great location, in Medina, close to Jamaa el-Fnaa square, but in the quiet alley. Anas is a great host, very kind, helped us with everything. We had exceptional breakfast served at the terrace, where you can also enjoy city in the evening from above. Riad is very nicely furbished, many details. Totally recommend!

This was an amazing place, the people in charge of the hotel are super nice, the ubication of the hotel is excelent, the service and the breakfast incredible. I'd come again!

The riad itself was absolutely stunning—tastefully decorated, very clean, and full of charm. Its location was perfect, being close to all the main city attractions, making it easy to explore the vibrant streets of Marrakech. I highly recommend Le Petit Joyau for anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in this amazing city.

Với sân hiên, KOUTOBIA ROYAL nằm ở trung tâm Marrakech và cách Le Jardin Secret 8 phút đi bộ. I like the hospitality, the breakfast and the rooms. The shower was perfectly hot. The location was absolutely perfect, which was right across from where typically get picked up for tours which was extremely convenient. The rooftop also had a very nice view which was nicer than any rooftop bar we went to. I actually love this spot as it was a central location to walk to the center add to any location that I wanted to visit. The host was also very nice as I did get a transfer from the airport to the hotel. Note that our flight got three hours delayed, and yet our host and driver was very patient. The rooms are very big and the beds were really comfortable. I was a bit worried about the noise outside, however they did recently install a door at the balcony, which provided enough insulation to not hear the noise outside Even when I said they didn’t need to clean my room, they still did and went above, and beyond to make all of my messy clothes on my bed all folded and nice . The Moroccan tea was so good. I couldn’t ask for a more convenience spot on the first two days
