We were treated like special people from check-in to check-out. We had had a bad experience at our previous hotel and when Nader found out about that, he upgraded us to a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The room was well-appointed, stylish and large. Very luxurious. All staff were so kind and accommodating. I will not hesitate to stay there again. In fact, I know it is the best hotel in Al Ain and much better than the hotels I've stayed in in Dubai. Excellent value for your money.Guest review byPaulettePeople with friends
