The staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. They even surprised us with the daily complimentary coffee. The hotels location is perfect directly at JBR and it has its own area at the public beach. We loved the entire experience we had with the hotel. The service and staff was extremely friendly and polite. Breakfast was exceptional in terms of variety and quality! Our hotel room was very spacious and luxuries in top condition with latest technology equipped. I also liked how the various swimming pools (children, family and adult only ) were designed. There is no stress regarding finding a sun bed as you always get one arranged by the staff. Within the hotel there are 3 different restaurants located -Turkish , Greek and Italian and one very popular club which is also open to external visitors.

Strategically placed between new and old Dubai, Rove Trade Centre offers the perfect location for leisure and business guests alike.

I’m giving this hotel a 10 this time. What do I like about it? 1 the staff smile a lot and welcome you. Makin on reception was excellent. I had a very late check-in and he took a decision on the spot about something and made an issue I had go away. Much appreciated. I find all the staff helpful. Rakesh from Housekeeping wanted to know what he could do to make my stay better. 2 the hotel really works for the customer. The kettle boils quickly, the fridge cools drinks properly, there’s an ice making machine in the corridor, the Wi-Fi doesn’t require username or password. Bed is comfy. Pillows are for dreaming. There is a Choitrams supermarket in the hotel and plenty of areas to hang out with friends or to do some quiet work. Good job.

This wasn't my first stay but every time I stayed at this hotel, I am amazed by the consistent level of excellence. Everything is perfect, but especially the hotel staff (I remember Ali from the reception, but everyone is amazing). Their breakfast is one of the best I've had, and the whole stay was a very pleasant experience as usual.
