Everything about this hotel is world-class. The staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are much bigger than most hotels, which is a bonus. The hotel is immaculate. The pool area is fantastic. Probably the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. Great location. The staff at the entrance are so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nikki Beach was an excellent hotel. Great location, so tasteful interior, extremely kind employees, great facilities and environment. Very clean, very nice smell everywhere at the hotel and top level service. We just loved it and cannot imagine any other hotel. Although it's little bit expensive, its worth it 😍

    The staff very kindly upgraded us and provided us with a honeymoon gift and card which was so kind! Taxis were always available outside the hotel which was so handy. The breakfast was lovely and plenty to choose from. The infinity pool and beach were beautiful

    I celebrated my birthday with my boyfriend here and we had an amazing stay! It was really nice from the management side to upgrade my room and offer some perks for my special day. The staff at the reception, breakfast restaurant and room service were very polite, smile and helpful, the food was delicious, especially desserts. Upon arrival to my room I found lovely cake with my name on it. The room was clean and spacious and of course great view to Dubai canal. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!

    The hospitality at Canvas was exceptional. As they knew it was our wedding anniversary celebration, we were thoughtfully given a complimentary room upgrade by Yash at the front counter and gifted with a surprise cake which was lovely! Furthermore Sonu at the breakfast buffet was extremely accommodating to our needs.

    Excellent location,lovely hotel and the staff were very welcoming..we were given a free upgrade to a king size suite which was a lovely suprise.. Great choice for breakfast and reasonably priced as we just paid on the days in which we needed to. Pool area lovely and relaxing on the roof tip which had great views.
