The pool was amazing and so was the room. The only problem was we have no hot water to shower for the 1st day and a half. This was very disappointing considering the cost. We asked someone to fix it on the Friday but no one did until Saturday afternoon. Breakfast was lovely but it is not possible to get your breakfast to the room unless you pay for it in full. The highlight was the desert safari, that was incredible!

Amazing location, amazing facilities, amazing staff and the super helpful supervisor. a lot better than all speculations we had! See you again very soon!

Loved the private pool and the room

What a fantastic stay. The staff were truly amazing and helpful everywhere, from the restaurants to the pool area. They were attentive, proactive, and genuinely tried to meet every request. The food was excellent, with a wide variety including Turkish, Lebanese, Indian, and European options, and everything we tried was high quality. Desserts were especially impressive and truly deluxe. For example, the baklava was made with plenty of real pistachios. The lobby coffee shop felt like having a high-end café right next door. The quality was great, from Turkish coffee to espresso-based drinks, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Another thing we appreciated was how generous the hotel was with bottled water. It was easy to find throughout the property. The pools were temperature controlled and had great entertainment. Towels were unlimited and there was no deposit required. You could take a towel from one station and leave it at another station near the pool or beach. The beach area was well monitored and had multiple bars. We especially loved the vitamin bar, with a great selection of fruits including tropical options. Towels were also always available at the beach. For kids, the hotel was outstanding. Beyond the warm pools, the kids’ club offered high-quality activities. In the evenings there was a kids’ disco and a well-produced show based on an animated theme. Christmas was a highlight. There were special shows and generous gifts for children, with the quality feeling like something worth around 20 euros. They also had a wonderful outdoor setup with grills, plus fruit and drink stations, and for kids popcorn, ice cream, and cotton candy. We were extremely happy with this experience. We have stayed in many resorts in Spain and Greece, and this one was clearly better. Thank you to the entire team. Keep up the great work.

It was a great experience. We enjoyed staying in Jannah Hotel Apartments. The staff are amazing and caring make our stay really joyful. The front desk lady, Ladylyn Bautista was really professional and helpful. Jannah is my destination whenever I being to RAK again. Thanks Ladylyn again and again.

Ewerything is ok with this hotel

The whole experience was great. Hossman (Front office) and Taylor (Restaurant F&B) was extremely good.

Staying at the hotel was amazing. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay on a long business trip or on vacation. The staff is friendly and always ready to help.
