the employees were incredibly friendly and helpful. rarely seen so much effort. the whole hotel was very clean. the food was very delicious. we ate also in town a few times.. but the best food we definitely always had at the hotel. have nothing to complain about. i highly recommend luxury hotel. when again in ksamil i know for sure where to stay

Perfect location in the center, lot of restaurants and bars are very very close, beaches are very close max 5 min walking ,very friendly staff, nice room very clean with big balcony. Everything was perfect for us !

Great location, 5min walk to a couple of beaches, varied breakfast choices, but the kindness of the staff was the stellar point of our stay. John was always available and happy to help, always with a kind smile for everyone. He went the extra mile helping us out and we were so thankful! Separate shower room was a definite bonus ;)
