The hotel is situated in a few old colonial buildings, very beautiful. The ambiance is perfect. Nothing is out of style and every detail is thought of. Also in the room you get a feeling of luxury. We had a room on the first floor with a double kingsize bed. High ceilings, large bathroom with shower and bath and air-conditioning. You can order a lot of different foods and beverages and have them served in the room, outside terrace or in the winter garden (cooled with aircon). The staff is very attentive, polite friendly and easy going. Most of them speak English very well. I know a bit of hotels and I would rate this a 5 star instead of 4 star hotel!
