Such a beautiful hotel in a perfect location . Our room was so comfortable and clean . we had dinner as well, which was excellent . their spa was great, we enjoyed the warm pool while snow was seen outside the windows. I reccommand !

The breakfast and dinner was phenomenal. The staff was very nice. The spa facility was great. The room was amazing, so big and so luxurious. Finally, the receptionists were very welcoming and incredibly friendly - making you feel at home. Special thank you to Renáta from the reception who made sure I had a pleasant stay.

I loved how huge the property was, including the long walk down scenic hallways especially to the fitness areas. The view from the room was incredible with the huge windows opening up to the mountains. The sauna and pool areas were absolutely fanastic. Right in the middle of Bad Gastein just up the street from the waterfall too.
