The reception staff was very welcoming, with a smile and a lot of patience, they explained carefully how everything works in the hotel from the garage to the breakfast and the SPA. The room was spacious, with all amenities you may need and extremely clean. The cleaning ladies, very lovely greet you with a smile and are all over cleaning all day, impressive. The SPA was wonderful, starting from the pool area to the sauna and steam bath, everything was perfect! I will for sure turn back again there.

Fenix is located right at the opposite side of the salzwelten. Very close to the bus station or the parking areas. It’s about 1 klm from the heart of Hallstatt in a very beautiful neighborhood making the distance between them a very attractive walking. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were very attentive, check-in was comfortable. The hotel location is great. It gives you privacy and at the same time you are located in the heart of the city. There is charming garden on the hotel territory, hotel furnishings is also interesting. It is a mixture of styles and antic items, I will definitely remember it! The rooms are clean, you get white bed linen and white towels! There is no breakfast in the hotel, but guests are allowed to use public kitchen and dining areas for a self service, coffee machine and tea is available too. Hosting family is very friendly and helpful. Would be glad to return! .
