Well renovated place, with elevator. Well located in the historical and restaurant area of Innsbruck…close to the underground parking. The breakfast is personalized and with a good variety. The employees are fantastic…really. The room was very nicely arranged with a living area and a private balcony.

The breakfast buffet is exceptional, the service is impeccable, and so is the professional courtesy. The room itself was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and I wish I would have had more time in Innsbruck. Besides the hotel is in a prime location - just love it.

The room with Mountain view has an amazing view of the mountains and the city. The location of this hotel is perfect near the major attractives and one step from the buses and trains that with the Welcome card allows to travel free around Innsbruck. Also the main train station is 15 minutes by walk from the hotel. In additional the breakfast was very good.

I really love the spectacular view from the room, yet it is so close to the train station. We got two rooms - #911 which is on the same street as the station towards the west, and it has sweeping view of the snow topped mountains, - #906 which is facing the rail tracks towards the east, and sunrise was very beautiful. Bathroom is very good size. Bed extremely comfy. The staff made us very welcomed, and we enjoyed the spa/sauna which is opened 4-10pm and complimentary for our stay. We were provided with bath robes and slippers. We wouldn’t see it before it gets dark, but believe the view would be spectacular too.
