Fenix is located right at the opposite side of the salzwelten. Very close to the bus station or the parking areas. It’s about 1 klm from the heart of Hallstatt in a very beautiful neighborhood making the distance between them a very attractive walking. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were very attentive, check-in was comfortable. The room was clean and so cozy, and the view from hotel was very incredible. and the location was comfortable. I am glad and thankful, I chose this hotel. I would be happy to visit this hotel again.

The reception staff was very welcoming, with a smile and a lot of patience, they explained carefully how everything works in the hotel from the garage to the breakfast and the SPA. The room was spacious, with all amenities you may need and extremely clean. The cleaning ladies, very lovely greet you with a smile and are all over cleaning all day, impressive. The SPA was wonderful, starting from the pool area to the sauna and steam bath, everything was perfect! I will for sure turn back again there.
