Highest recommendation for this accomodation. Everything is clean and comfort, very nice and modern rooms, staff is very kind and polite, willing to assist for all the requests. We got free locked parking for our bicycles in safe garage. Restaurant is great, food delicious, breakfast was rich! Would love to come here again some day! Self check-in desk experience was easy and interesting!

The building of the property is quite old, it has a very rich history that is presented as you walk towards the room. The building was removed but the old accents are kept. Staff was very nice. The garden is very beautiful and the pool quite large.

Absolutely magnificent-looking building, it has a castle-like feeling. There were 3 cute cats, very friendly. The hosts were friendly and welcoming as well and the breakfast was fresh and classic :)

We had exceptional customer service even before we arrived at Hotel Alexanderhof as we were offered a cold dinner as we weren't going to arrive until after the end of dinner serving. We were welcomed by Lucas who was friendly and informative. The room was comfy with amazing views, the buffet breakfast was vast and delicious. The pool, whirlpool and sunbathing lawn an added bonus. All staff were friendly. The decor felt very Austrian, which we appreciated as visitors from the UK, the whole experience was exceptional, we were sad to leave

It was everything perfect - the location, the family, the lobby with the amazing view, the breakfast, services. The pension is very good situated, the rooms were clean, fresh towels, amazing view from the balcony, good breakfast with homemade traditional things, a lot of hike tours nearby, ski resorts at 20-30 min by car, Millstätter lake and Villach also very near,~ 20km. The family Baumgartner was very friendly and kind, fulfilled every wish that we had and was very understanding.
