We had a great stay at the Boutiquehotel. The apartment looks just like the photos and offers everything we needed. The selling point for us was obviously the terrace and being at the private beach right in front of our apartment, the view of the lake and the surrounding hills. I also enjoyed being able to take their SUP and just go for a paddle around the lake. Overall, an amazing stay, 10/10 would come back, Velden is also quite nicer in person than we initially anticipated.

The registration at the reception was very quick and friendly. The receptionist Philipp gave me full information about hotel and Velden area, that was very helpful. Also he upgrades the room. The room was vey clean and modern, in light colors as I like. I like the bathroom and shower with all nesessary detailes. Also I like slippers that had there own fabric, not like in other hotels. Room had a big balcony to very quet yard, that was surprising in the middle of the town. At breakfast was all that you need, incuding salmon and variety of fruits. The lobby of hotel looks modern, photos enclosed

A beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms and an amazing view at the lake. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. We could choose whatever.

Even if the story begins in 2021, Barry and Sigrid have managed to transform this guesthouse from an ordinary one into one where you can feel at home in a very short time. The guesthouse is located in a green, quiet area with easy access to the city's sights. The courtyard is superbly arranged with places where you can drink your coffee or even have breakfast. Breakfast includes many things home made by Sigrid, here I can mention the yogurt, black bread, banana bread, smoothie, apple pie, cake etc etc. In addition to all this, both in the room and in the dining area, there is coffee whenever you need it, at the same time you can find fruits taken from the locals, the apples are delicious... all this is offered for free. There is a free parking space which is a big plus, also in the vicinity you have easy access to public transport. The room I stayed in had a view of the inner courtyard with a balcony where you can enjoy a drink in peace. The room facilities are exactly what you need and I am sure that in a short time Barry will transform these rooms in the most beautiful way. Thank you Barry and Sigrid for everything you have given us and I hope to see you again ... good luck with this project.

I liked the original design of the place - bikers style- the owner put a lot of thought into the details. The room was very nice -with a mountains view as promised, private balcony, comfy bed and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Exactly as in the pictures. I liked it very very much. Also, the breakfast was delicious:;)
