Best located property - can't get better. Staff are exceptional friendly, helpful, charming room was excellent - I love the cruelty free toiletries. you get wine on arrival and water! Hotel is clean and linen is great. I cannot say enough great things about it. We had some drinks on the day we left and it was also good. our only regret is not having a meal there as I think it would have been excellent

We started each day with a lovely breakfast in their dining room which looked out into a snow-covered courtyard. A nice way to begin each day. Our room was on the first floor and looked back to the dining area on the opposite side of the courtyard. An attractive view. Beds were comfortable, rooms large and everything was spotlessly clean. As for location, the hotel is about 50 metres from the entrance to the underground U3 line Rochusgasse station. Very convenient. We taxied to and from the hotel from Wien Hbf for €15. We really enjoyed our stay (Early December, 2023).

Hotel Sans Souci Wien is situated directly opposite the Museum Quarter and a 5-minute walk from the Ringstraße Boulevard in the centre of Vienna. The large Sans Souci Spa includes an indoor pool.

I liked all of it. The receptionist is a real gentleman, polite, helpful and easy to speak with. The department was awsome with two floors everything in it. Location perfect at the edge of the Innerstadt, close to U-Bahn and Tram.

This is an exceptional hotel for many reasons. It is well located with easy access inti the historic centre of Vienna, It has easy access to bus, tram and underground links. All the staff are lovely (from waiting staff to housekeeping to receptionists) and friendly. The breakfast is outstanding both in terms of the range of foods on offer and the quantity and quality. The free afternoon tea and cake is a nice touch although we were often out and about at that time of the day. This is a hotel that goes over and above to provide an excellent service, eg. offering additional pillows and duvets upon request.
