Amazing place to stay, so clean and modern. Great location, just a couple of minutes walk from the ski lift and to the town centre. Very nice and helpful staff at the reception desk and at breakfast buffet. Garage parking available, ski room well maintained and very nice sauna which was great after all day on the pistes. We will certainly come again!

Great location, excellent food, excellent staff. Garage parking is great, easy to get in and out with car for daily trips.. Great location in combination with Summer Card is great for exploring lake and mountains with kids. We stayed in Junior Suite, which is great for family with 2 kids.

Everything! The location, the coziness of the room, cleanliness, friendly staff. Great to have use of the very well equipped kitchen even though we were in one of the rooms in the hotel.

Hotel is nicely decorated. Rooms are great with nice view on the mountain. It is very nice hotel, 600m ,easy walk from Areitbahn which brings you to the top of the Ski area. Skibus is 100-150m away. Hotel has nice ski storage. Several restaurants around. Swimming pool, relax rooms and saunas are nice and free to use. The breakfast is expensive, but gourmet with served dishes. I'm not sure it is worth money for e.g. seven days stay (because after few days I just want something simple for breakfast), but for 2-3 days I would take the breakfast again for sure.

We had an excellent time at this hotel. Super clean, right in the centre of Zell am See. They provide bathrobes and slippers. Breakfast was really good. They can also cook a la carte omlettes with different fillings and fried eggs. There is a rooftop bar with amazing views over the lake and the surrounding mountains. Would definitely book again. We chose to stay here because we drove on Grossglockner road the next day.

The best location of the hotel is directly on the lake with its own beach. The view from the window to the lake is amazing. Immediately extended the stay in the hotel to stay here for one more day. Delicious breakfasts and dinners in a restaurant with a view. Very kind receptionist.

The breakfast was very rich, the spa area was exactly what we needed after a day on the slopes. Thanks to the hotel for robes, towel, anything that you could need. All the staff were very friendly, gave discounts for ski equipment. The bar has exquisite sprits. You must try the snaps from the stags horns.
