The staff were very helpful and friendly, we had an issue with the heater in our room and without hesitation were upgraded to another room which made our stay with a kid and baby easy and comfortable. Thank you we will stay here next time

An elevator to rooms on the first floor and undercover parking was brilliant! Added to that was a spacious terrace, heated pool and well maintained garden. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, bed comfortable and the bathroom had a large shower and plenty of vanity space. Amazing hosts who could not have been more generous and helpful. The location was outside the CBD which was no problem. Love this motel!!!
